(More to come here)

In July 1963, a delegation from the NASA Office of Tracking and Data Acquisition delivered a presentation to the Australian Minister of Supply, The Honourable Allen Fairhall, and Secretary John Knott (Secretary to the Department of Supply 1959–65).

The presentation – given while the Mercury Project was still operating – outlined NASA’s plans for manned and unmanned flights and the tracking requirements of the missions.
