Apollo
10 TV as seen at Honeysuckle
Station Director Tom Reid kept three photo-album pages of Polaroid photos of Apollo 10 TV as it was received at Honeysuckle Creek. Photos were taken during the last television transmission, about 5 hours before re-entry. The sequential colour TV was displayed on the black and white NTSC monitor of the scan converter. (The sequential colour signal was reconstituted as a standard NTSC colour signal in Houston.) With thanks to John Saxon. Scans by Colin Mackellar. |
