Apollo 11 EVA converted slow-scan television stills taken by 35-mm camera off the Goldstone 14-inch NTSC B&W monitor in the RCA Scan Converter on July 21, 1969.

The source is a replay of the scan-converted TV, played back from the Ampex VR-660 video tape recorder.

Bill used a 35mm camera mounted on a tripod in front of the 14 inch TV monitor.
