The Staff of Muchea Tracking Station, with the visiting NASA Flight Controllers, for the flight of John Glenn – 20 February 1962.

This photo was taken on the day of John Glenn’s Mercury MA-6 /Friendship 7 orbital flight (which launched in the evening, Perth time). Muchea was the only command station outside the US.
